COUPLES THERAPY

Couples therapy offers a supportive and compassionate space to work through your relationship challenges and achieve meaningful growth together.

Whether you’re facing ongoing conflicts, misunderstandings, or feelings of disconnect, my goal as your couples therapist is to help you rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen your emotional bond.

Many individuals discover that couples therapy not only helps resolve issues, but also revitalizes the partnership and increases overall satisfaction.

As a trained Imago Relationship Therapist, I use established, evidence-based techniques designed to foster empathy, heal past wounds, and create a safe, nurturing environment where authentic connection can flourish.

Through this work and the transformative Imago Dialogue, you’ll gain valuable insights into the underlying issues impacting your relationship and learn how to identify and break free from unhelpful patterns. You’ll develop new skills for effective communication, conflict management, and deepening your emotional connection, allowing your relationship to grow stronger and more resilient.

In my role as couples therapist, I embrace a sex-positive, open-minded approach, supporting honest communication about sex, intimacy, and all types of relationship arrangements, including polyamory and other non-traditional partnerships. I believe that open dialogue about sex and intimacy is essential for building trust and deepening connection. My goal is to support couples in fostering healthy, satisfying, and authentic expressions of their sexuality, helping them to overcome any obstacles and enhance their emotional and physical intimacy.
