I can honestly say that it was the best time of my life.

A man and his rose.

Wow, Brad. That's quite a statement. The best time of your life? Really? So it's all downhill from here? True, to go from dating 25 women to only dating one is pretty much a cold dose of reality. Hey, maybe that's why all these Bachelor-born relationships fail? Because of the let-down of being with one person after having so many choices....or maybe it's the fact that the whole show is forced and contrived and ridiculous. (but we love it)

I want them to have a REAL tell-all special, where we find out if he slept with them on the overnight dates and who was a terrible kisser -- real dirt. The hot seat? Give me a break. Ask Hillary if she sought professional help after her mental breakdown! Ask Solisa if her boobs are real and why she feels the need to throw them in everyone's face! Ask Bettina why her parents are such elitist snobs! Come on, people. I guarantee the ratings would go through the roof. Or maybe it would just become the Jerry Springer show.

Anyway, what did we learn? We learned that everyone REALLLLLY hated McCarten, and that maybe that wasn't totally unreasonable. We learned that Hillary bounced back pretty well, but that she still tears up at the drop of a hat, and I still think she would benefit from a good old-fashioned clue. She said, "you know, you just hear what you want to hear." Um, no. Not to the extent where you completely create your own version of reality. That's called a delusion. Oh well, she needs a therapist or a wedding mighty quick.

We also learned that Bettina is incredibly beautiful. Was it just me who thought the show was not doing her justice? I can see now that she's stunning. But, she'd be more attractive if she was able to open up a little bit. And I can't believe she defended her family's behavior! Especially after she heard her father say that he thought she'd never find anyone better than the man she divorced!! I still think that's appalling. Damn right, Brad was defensive -- he was attacked!

Her name was the most interesting thing about her!

And I just want to put it out there that I think Sheena is sweet, but boring boring boring. The girl has no personality and I'll tell you one thing - it's a shame that Brad's twin is married because those two really had something. Also, how was there no mention of Sheena's crazy mother? I would have liked to see some more of her and her wacky ways.

And Chris Harrison, please stop saying that everyone was IN LOVE with Brad. These girls had feelings, yes. Maybe some of them even thought they could be in love with him. But can we stop minimizing the value of actually being in love with someone by making it seem so easy and common? Not every girl who ever cries over a guy is in love with him! Please.

Oh well. As a tell-all special, it was ok. I would've liked more unseen clips and even more trash talking, but I will say that the Solisa montage was brilliant and appreciated.

Does hoop-girl have Brad's heart?

So as always, when the time came and the Bachelor talked about his current state of bliss with guess who, I did my best to try and see into Brad's soul and figure out who he was thinking about....and I got nothing. Although, the question did come to mind -- could Brad be the real deal? The first Bachelor to get engaged, marry, and stay married?? He seems like he could be just the guy to hold on.

So the only thing I had to go on were the clips they played of his journeys with our two girls, and the things he said about them. Even more telling were the little snippets they played of his final speeches to each of them from the finale. Based on all of that evidence, it really looks to me like Jenni has won his heart. There was something about the way he spoke of her and the way he looks when he's with her.... They have had a true spark from the very beginning. And, the clip from next week with DeAnna really sounded like the pre-cursor to a break-up. But, of course, they could be trying to make us think that.

And....I'm not sure what he and Jenni really have in common, besides good chemistry. Plus, she is going to be living somewhere else for the next year. He and DeAnna really seem to have great conversations, they have similar backgrounds and they just seem more realistic as a couple. Does that mean he chose her? Again, my gut is saying Jenni's got him, but my head is rooting for DeAnna. She's smart, tough and knows who she is and she'd be good for him. I think they truly have more long-term potential than he and Jenni would have.

What do you guys think??? I'm dying to know. Please chime in and give me your thoughts!!

Only one more episode left....

I honestly am not sure who to root for...neither girl really stands out this time.

Last time I felt sure Tessa - all the way. I think he has the strongest connection with Jenni and she does have a sweetness to her. We have seen her comforting the other girls - has she been getting a worse edit to hide the fact that she has been number one all along?? Plus they have just been goofy/silly together....

DeAHna is clever and acts independent...but I do think it is partially an act. I think Brad thinks she has all these great qualities but I have not seen the body language and stuff. But sometimes the slightly unattainable is very attractive...
